Top-Line Running shoes and nutrition enhancing

Dear Ethisport, I am Canadian living near Rome. I have been running all of my life. I am at present training for the Rome Marathon. However, I cannot find a place with a good selection of top-line running shoes and nutrition enhancing "gels" for my long runs on Sundays. f you could please help me I would be grateful. Please answer back in any language. I understand English, Italian, Latin, Russian etc
